Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See shantalana.com/terms-conditions.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be canceled once services have begun or are being rendered.

Returns

Our services are not eligible for a refund. If you are not completely happy with your service, we ask that you inform us within 7 business days to have the issue corrected. If we cannot correct the issue, we will issue you a company credit that can be used towards a new service.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and offer you the option to have your complaint corrected or company credit.

If your return is accepted by us, we will provide you with a non-transferable merchandise credit or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
